- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (a long-term fungal infection in the lungs)
- You are able to lie flat on your back inside a scanner for imaging
- You have never had a bad reaction to inhaled medications
- You can understand the study and give informed consent yourself
- If you can become pregnant: you are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to use contraception during the study and for 3 months after
