Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 39 years old.
  • You exercise for more than 5 hours each week.
  • Your fitness level (measured by oxygen use) is high or very high.
  • You do not have severe asthma or use certain asthma medications.
  • You do not smoke, are not pregnant, and have not donated blood in the past 3 months.
  • You have no chronic illness or heart rhythm problems.
