PARP inhibitor CVL218 with other drugs for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer (like triple-negative breast cancer, stomach cancer, or colorectal cancer).
  • You have tried no more than 1 standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment for you.
  • For the second part of the study, your tumor must be PD-L1 positive (CPS≥1) or have a harmful mutation in BRCA, PALB2, ATM, or CHEK2.
  • You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks (or longer for some drugs).
  • You have not had major surgery or taken strong steroids in the last 4 weeks.
