Study of IMP1734 for Advanced Solid Tumors with HRR Mutations

Who can take part

  • You have advanced breast, ovarian, or prostate cancer that has not responded to prior treatments.
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic change (HRR gene mutation).
  • You are 18 years or older and in relatively good health (able to do daily activities).
  • You have not had more than one prior PARP inhibitor treatment.
  • You agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You must not have untreated or active brain metastases or certain infections.
