Who can take part
- You have advanced breast, ovarian, or prostate cancer that has not responded to prior treatments.
- Your cancer has a specific genetic change (HRR gene mutation).
- You are 18 years or older and in relatively good health (able to do daily activities).
- You have not had more than one prior PARP inhibitor treatment.
- You agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after.
- You must not have untreated or active brain metastases or certain infections.
