Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 or older and can follow study instructions and visits
  • Your tumor has progressed on, or you couldn’t tolerate, standard treatment (or there is no suitable standard option)
  • Your cancer type and lab results match one of the study groups (many focus on BRCA1/2 or other HRR-related gene changes)
  • Your body can handle treatment: blood counts and organ tests are adequate
  • You are not currently having major side effects from past treatment (recovery to baseline or mild side effects)
  • You can take the study drug by mouth, and you don’t have stomach/intestine problems that would block absorption
