Who can take part

  • You must have a genetic test confirming FSHD2 (a specific change in the SMCHD1 gene).
  • You need to be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have noticeable weakness in your arms or legs.
  • Your weakness level must be rated between 2 and 5 on a simple 0-to-5 scale called the Ricci score.
  • You cannot have had certain treatments (like steroids, testosterone) or be in another trial.
