Doctor satisfaction with VERABAND™ for chronic low back pain

This study tests how satisfied doctors are with a wearable device called VERABAND™ that monitors movement in people with chronic low back pain. If your pain limits your ability to move, you may be able to help researchers understand if this device is useful during your regular non-surgical treatment.

Who can take part

  • You have chronic low back pain that makes it hard for you to move around.
  • You are about to start a new non-surgical treatment (like medication, physical therapy, or acupuncture) for your pain.
  • You are willing to wear the VERABAND™ device all the time until your next clinic visit and mail it back.
  • You are able to walk on your own and do not have any serious health problems like a recent major injury or active infection.
  • You are not receiving disability payments or involved in a lawsuit related to your pain, and you do not have any surgery planned.
