Alzheimer Disease, Early OnsetParkinson Disease

Part of Brain & nervous system, Mental health clinical trials.

This study uses brain scans to look for patterns that might help diagnose memory or movement problems like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease. It compares people with mild symptoms, like forgetfulness or early Parkinson's, to healthy volunteers.

NCT06099587Recruiting
Brain scan study for early Alzheimer's memory changes

This study uses a special MRI scan to look at the brain's memory center in people with early memory concerns. It aims to better understand changes that happen in the very early stages of Alzheimer's disease.

NCT05919485Recruiting
Brain stimulation study for mild cognitive problems in Parkinson’s

This trial tests whether a type of noninvasive brain stimulation (tDCS) can improve thinking and memory in people with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease. You may be eligible if you have these diagnoses, are on stable medications, and can safely complete brain scan/testing.

NCT02740634Recruiting
Brain imaging study for Alzheimer's disease

This study uses brain scans to understand Alzheimer's disease and related conditions that affect memory, language, or vision. It looks at how changes in the brain happen over time in people with these diagnoses.

NCT06640673Recruiting
Brain Wave Study for Mild Memory Problems and Parkinson's Disease

This study uses a special brain wave test (high-density EEG) to learn more about mild memory problems and how they might be linked to Parkinson's disease. If you join, you'll help researchers understand brain activity patterns that could lead to better diagnosis and care.

Lido, Italy
NCT02811653Recruiting
Brain movement and memory study in early dementia

This study looks at how “slower movement” and brain changes relate to memory and thinking problems in people with early dementia (and some related conditions). It may help researchers understand what brain differences go with these symptoms, using tests and an MRI scan.

Amiens
NCT03402919Recruiting
Brain and memory study for people with thinking changes

This study looks at memory and thinking changes using questionnaires, memory testing, and brain scans. It may help researchers better understand neurodegeneration and dementia and how these problems show up over time.
