Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- For Phase 1: You have already tried at least one chemotherapy that didn't work or stopped working.
- For Phase 2: You have not had any treatment for advanced breast cancer yet, and your tumor is PD-L1 negative (or you have received a checkpoint inhibitor or cannot take one).
- You have measurable tumors (can be seen on scans).
- You are in good general health (able to do light activities).
