Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This trial tests a new treatment using your own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) to fight advanced liver cancer. It is for people whose cancer has progressed after at least two standard treatments and who have tumors that can be biopsied to grow these cells.

Personalized immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This Phase 1 study tests engineered immune cells (TILs/CAR-TILs) made from your tumor to treat advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack the cancer, but it is mainly focused on safety and early results.

Immune cell therapy for liver cancer

This trial tests using your own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) to fight advanced liver cancer. It may help if you have Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) stage B or C and your liver function is still fairly good.

NCT05098197Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Study of TIL cell therapy for advanced liver, bile, or pancreas cancer

This trial studies a treatment called TIL therapy, which uses your own immune cells grown from a tumor sample, to treat advanced cancers of the liver/bile ducts or pancreas. It’s mainly for people whose standard treatments have already failed (or none exist), and who can safely provide tumor tissue for the cell preparation.

Personalized immune cell therapy for advanced lung cancer

This trial tests a personalized treatment using your own immune cells (called TILs) to fight advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed after standard therapy. You would have surgery to collect a tumor sample, then receive your expanded immune cells back as an infusion.
