BST02 cell therapy for advanced liver cancer

Locally Advanced/Metastatic Liver Cancer

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This early-phase study tests a new immunotherapy called BST02, made from your own tumor-fighting cells (TILs). Doctors remove a small piece of your tumor, grow the cells in a lab, and then infuse them back into you to attack the cancer. It's for people with advanced liver cancer who have tried other treatments.

  • You have at least one other tumor spot that can be measured on scans after the surgery.

Comparing two treatments for advanced liver cancer

This trial tests two different ways to treat liver cancer that can't be removed with surgery. It compares stereotactic body radiation therapy (targeted high-dose radiation) with selective internal radiation therapy (tiny radioactive beads delivered through a blood vessel), both combined with immunotherapy (medicines that help your immune system fight cancer).

Advanced Liver Cancer Treatment Comparison Study

This study compares two treatment approaches for advanced liver cancer that has spread within the liver but not to other parts of the body. Both treatments combine chemotherapy delivered directly to the liver with immunotherapy drugs to help your immune system fight the cancer.
