Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic liver cancer (like hepatocellular carcinoma or bile duct cancer) that has not responded to or cannot have standard treatments.
- You are willing to have a surgery to remove a piece of your tumor (about the size of a small peach) so the study team can make the treatment cells.
- You have at least one other tumor spot that can be measured on scans after the surgery.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have good organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts).
