- Your baby is 8 months or younger (up to 8 months and 29 days).
- Your baby has a new diagnosis of cow's milk protein allergy (either suspected or confirmed by a doctor).
- Your baby's doctor has prescribed Pepticate® Syneo® formula.
- You give permission for the study to collect information about your baby and your family.
- You are covered by the social security system.
- Your baby has not used any special infant formula before (like hypoallergenic or soy formulas).
