Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by an X-ray and the disease is at least moderate (grade 2 or higher).
  • You can walk without needing a cane or walker.
  • You do not have dementia or other memory problems that would make it hard to follow instructions.
  • You do not have pain in your back, hip, ankle, or foot that is not related to your knee arthritis.
