Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor (carcinoma or sarcoma) or lymphoma that has spread or can't be removed, and standard treatments have stopped working or aren't an option.
  • You are age 18 or older.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (fully active or limited only in strenuous physical activity).
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough to handle the study drug.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
