Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that is confirmed by biopsy or other tests and has either progressed after standard therapy, you can't tolerate standard therapy, or there are no standard options left.
- Your overall health is good (you can perform daily activities with minimal difficulty, ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You have not had recent major surgeries or other investigational drugs within the last 3 weeks, and any side effects from prior treatments have mostly resolved.
