Who can take part
- You are 30 years or older and have diabetes (either before your transplant or developed after).
- It has been at least 3 months since your kidney transplant.
- Your kidney function is stable (eGFR above 30).
- You have been on the same anti-rejection medicines for the past month.
- You haven't been hospitalized for diabetic ketoacidosis or had type 1 diabetes or a pancreas transplant.
- You don't have a history of frequent urinary tract infections.
