Who can take part

  • You are 30 years or older and have diabetes (either before your transplant or developed after).
  • It has been at least 3 months since your kidney transplant.
  • Your kidney function is stable (eGFR above 30).
  • You have been on the same anti-rejection medicines for the past month.
  • You haven't been hospitalized for diabetic ketoacidosis or had type 1 diabetes or a pancreas transplant.
  • You don't have a history of frequent urinary tract infections.
