Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of a fast-growing B-cell lymphoma (like Burkitt lymphoma, or a rare type such as plasmablastic lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
- If you have already had a CAR-T cell therapy (like tisagenlecleucel or axicabtagene), your lymphoma must still show a certain protein called CD19 or CD269.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You should be in fairly good health, able to do daily activities (score 0–2 on a standard scale), and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You must have good veins for apheresis (a procedure to collect white blood cells) and no major organ problems (like poor heart, lung, or kidney function).
- You cannot have an active infection, HIV, or uncontrolled hepatitis B or C.
