This study tests a web-based rehabilitation program after certain wrist surgeries for osteoarthritis. It aims to help you recover better at home after your operation.

Who can take part
- You are scheduled for one of these wrist surgeries: four corner fusion, lunate-capitate fusion, scaphoid-trapezium-trapezoid fusion, radius-scaphoid-lunate fusion, or proximal row carpectomy.
- You have access to a digital device (like a smartphone or computer) and can use it.
- You do not have rheumatoid arthritis or another inflammatory arthritis that is unstable. If your inflammatory arthritis has been stable (no medication changes for over 12 weeks), you may still join.
- You have not had psoriasis arthritis, gout, or pseudogout affecting your hand or wrist.
- You do not have symptomatic osteoarthritis in nearby joints (like the elbow or shoulder).
