Who can take part
- You identify as Black, African American, or Afro-Latina/e
- You are 18 years or older
- You have had breast cancer (Stage I to IIIA) and finished your main treatments within the last 5 years
- You do not currently do strength exercises 2 or more times a week
- You can speak and understand English
- You do not have metastatic cancer or a medical reason that prevents exercise
