Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a good overall health status (ECOG 0-1).
- Your cancer must be advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have had one previous chemotherapy for this cancer and it stopped working, or you had chemo after surgery but your cancer returned within 6 months.
- You were previously treated with a PD-1 antibody (like pembrolizumab or nivolumab) as your first therapy, and your cancer was controlled for more than 9 months before progressing.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your blood counts and organ function must be within certain limits (e.g., hemoglobin ≥90 g/L, adequate kidney and liver function).
