Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult, aged 18 to 60 (specific age limits vary by gender).
  • Your body weight is at least 45 kg (if female) or 50 kg (if male), with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 19 and 26.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after (if male), or you are not capable of becoming pregnant (if female).
  • You have no significant current or past medical conditions that could affect the trial, such as heart, liver, kidney, or mental health disorders.
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications, including herbal supplements, within 2 weeks before screening, and have not used certain drugs that affect liver enzymes within 4 weeks.
  • You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day, drink excessive alcohol, or use recreational drugs.
