  • You have chronic kidney disease and are on hemodialysis (dialysis)
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months
  • You score 14 or higher on a depression/anxiety screening questionnaire (HADS)
  • You are not currently taking antidepressant medication
