Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned after treatment or is not responding to standard therapy.
  • Your leukemia cells must have a high level of a protein called CLL-1 (at least 50% of cells).
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1), and doctors expect you to live more than 3 months.
  • Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) must be working well enough.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if there is any chance of pregnancy.
