Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and covered by the French health system.
- You have advanced knee arthritis (osteoarthritis) or need a knee replacement after a previous partial knee replacement.
- You are willing and able to have the Madison total knee replacement surgery and to fill out a quality of life survey.
- You do not have an active infection, severe nerve or muscle damage, or poor bone quality in the knee.
- You are not pregnant, nursing, allergic to the implant materials, or severely obese (BMI over 40).
