Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments, including an anthracycline chemotherapy.
- Your lymphoma cells must test positive for a protein called CD19.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
- You should be in fairly good health—able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have proper kidney, liver, heart, and lung function.
- You cannot have active serious infections, a history of certain nervous system disorders, or other cancers that are not fully treated.
