Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- You must have a diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) that's active and moderate to severe.
- If you have lupus nephritis (kidney lupus), you need a recent kidney biopsy showing active class III or IV disease.
- You cannot have any other serious kidney disease besides lupus nephritis.
- You cannot have had CAR T-cell therapy or a solid organ or stem cell transplant before.
- You must not have a serious infection or allergy to certain chemotherapy drugs (fludarabine, cyclophosphamide).
