Who can take part
- You must be 19 or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), also called lupus.
- You must have a specific type of lupus-related kidney inflammation (Class III or IV) confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the past year.
- You must have tried at least two standard lupus medications for 6 months or more without success or because you couldn't tolerate them.
- Your kidney function must be relatively stable (eGFR at least 30), and your blood counts must be within safe limits.
- You must not have had CAR-T therapy before, and you must be free from serious heart, lung, or blood vessel conditions, and from active infections or cancer.
- You must be willing to use effective contraception for at least 1 year after the treatment if you or your partner can become pregnant.
