This study is testing a tool to help you and your doctor make decisions together about whether to have extra treatment after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer (stage 1B or higher). It only includes patients at Mayo Clinic in Rochester who are eligible for that extra treatment.

- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are a patient at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer at stage 1B or higher.
- Your oncologist has cleared you for extra treatment after surgery (adjuvant treatment).
- You do not have major problems with memory, hearing, or vision that would prevent you from taking part in shared decision-making.
