- Diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer within the last 3 months
- 18 years old or older
- Speak English
- Coming for a follow-up visit at the lung cancer clinic at MD Anderson
- Planning to get or currently getting cancer treatment at MD Anderson
- No cognitive impairment or dementia that requires someone else to make decisions for you
