Who can take part
- You have a missing tooth (or teeth) in the upper jaw that needs an implant, and at least 6 months have passed since you lost that tooth.
- You have between 3 and 5 mm of bone height remaining in the sinus area.
- Your sinus lining (Schneider membrane) is no thicker than 5 mm on a CT scan.
- You are in good overall health (classified as ASA 1 or 2).
- You do not smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day, and you are not pregnant.
- You have not had any previous bone grafting in the area being operated on.
