Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is stage III or IV, and you have not had previous interventional treatments like iodine seeds, ablation, or chemoembolization (TACE).
- You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- You need adequate blood counts (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin) and good liver and kidney function, with no bleeding problems.
- You cannot have widespread cancer spread to organs like liver, bone, or brain, nor any other active or past cancer (except lung cancer).
- You must not be pregnant, breast-feeding, or allergic to contrast dye, and you should not have uncontrolled infections or serious heart/blood pressure conditions.
