Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (the most common type of lung cancer) with at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You have already tried standard treatments: either chemotherapy with immunotherapy (for cancers without certain gene changes) or targeted therapy plus chemotherapy (for cancers with gene changes like EGFR or ALK), and your cancer grew or you had bad side effects.
- Your lung tumor can be reached by a special tube placed into the artery that feeds it, as determined by an interventional radiology specialist.
- Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are working well enough.
- You do not have mixed small cell lung cancer, active bleeding, severe allergies to contrast dye or study drugs, or very widespread and fast-growing cancer.
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
