  • You are at least 28 weeks pregnant (third trimester).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You speak English or Spanish.
  • You are in a government-funded home visiting program for moms and babies.
  • You are expecting a single baby (not twins or triplets).
  • Your pregnancy is healthy, with no complications expected to cause early birth or a long hospital stay.
