This study looks at whether connecting your baby's doctor with WIC nutritionists helps improve care. You and your baby may be able to join if you are pregnant or have a very new baby, use Geisinger health care, and are already in or can join WIC.

  • You are pregnant (over 34 weeks) or have a baby under 2 months old
  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You speak and read English or Spanish
  • You have a smartphone or can get online
  • You plan to stay in Pennsylvania and keep your child's Geisinger doctor for the next 2 years
  • Your child has a Geisinger primary care doctor and is in WIC or can join WIC
