  • You have nerve pain (like from a nerve injury or condition) that has lasted more than 6 months
  • Your pain is at least a 4 out of 10 and happens almost every day
  • Standard pain medicines haven't given you enough relief
  • You have been diagnosed with depression
  • You have not changed your pain medicines for at least a month and can keep them stable during the study
