Who can take part

  • You are generally healthy with no serious medical conditions or birth defects
  • You are an adult between 18 and 45, a child aged 1 to 4, or a newborn within 3 days of birth
  • No one under 10 in your household is missing polio vaccines (at least 3 doses of OPV)
  • You or your household members do not have a weakened immune system
  • You have not received a polio vaccine in the last 12 months (for adults) or have had the right polio vaccines before (for children)
