Early detection of liver, bile duct, and pancreas cancers

Liver CancerBiliary Tract CancerPancreatic Cancer

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This study aims to find new ways to detect liver, bile duct, and pancreatic cancers early using a blood test. It may help doctors diagnose these cancers sooner, when they are easier to treat.

Blood test for early detection of pancreatic cancer

This study is testing a new blood test to find pancreatic cancer early. It looks for tiny bits of cancer DNA floating in your blood, which could help catch the disease before symptoms start.

NCT06456281Recruiting
Blood test for early pancreatic cancer detection

This trial uses a blood test (called cfDNA) to look for early signs of pancreatic cancer. It compares results from people with pancreatic cancer, precancerous changes, non-cancerous pancreatic conditions, and healthy individuals to improve early detection.

NCT06790355Not yet recruiting
Blood test for early cancer detection in healthy adults

This trial tests a new blood test that may find early signs of cancer in people who have no symptoms. If you join, you'll have a blood draw, and the study will check if the test can catch cancer early.

NCT03334708Recruiting
Blood test study for pancreatic cancer

This study looks at blood tests to find markers that may help detect and monitor pancreatic cancer. It compares people with pancreatic cancer to those with benign pancreatic conditions and healthy volunteers.

NCT05497531Recruiting
Test blood DNA to help guide liver and pancreas biopsies

This pilot study checks whether a special blood test (ctDNA) can detect cancer signals and work as well as another sample method during biopsies for liver, bile duct, or pancreatic cancers. It may help doctors choose the best way to confirm the diagnosis from biopsy samples.

Orange, California
NCT05556603Recruiting
Blood test trial to detect pancreatic cancer early

This trial studies whether a blood-based test can help detect pancreatic cancer (or strong signs of it) earlier than usual. The goal is to see how well “liquid biopsy” results match real diagnoses and risk levels.
