Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor) confirmed by a biopsy.
- You are able to perform daily activities (WHO performance status 2 or better).
- You have had surgery to remove most or all of the tumor.
- You are planning to receive the standard treatment: radiation therapy (60 Gy over 6 weeks) with temozolomide, followed by 6 cycles of temozolomide maintenance therapy.
- If your tumor has a specific gene marker (MGMT methylated), you have decided not to take the alternative treatment with lomustine.
