Who can take part
- You have a type of prostate cancer called adenocarcinoma (not a rare small-cell type).
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- You have already tried one of the newer hormone therapies (like enzalutamide, abiraterone, darolutamide, or apalutamide) and it stopped working.
- You are about to start another round of one of those same hormone therapies within the next 6 weeks.
- Your testosterone is very low (castrate level) or you are on therapy to keep it low.
- Your PSA is rising and at least 1.0 ng/ml.
