Study of blood markers in hormone therapy resistance for prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You have a type of prostate cancer called adenocarcinoma (not a rare small-cell type).
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have already tried one of the newer hormone therapies (like enzalutamide, abiraterone, darolutamide, or apalutamide) and it stopped working.
  • You are about to start another round of one of those same hormone therapies within the next 6 weeks.
  • Your testosterone is very low (castrate level) or you are on therapy to keep it low.
  • Your PSA is rising and at least 1.0 ng/ml.
