Testing GZ17-6.02 for advanced prostate cancer after hormone therapy

Who can take part

  • You must have advanced prostate cancer that has been treated with hormone therapy (ADT) and at least one other hormone blocking drug (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and the cancer has progressed.
  • Your testosterone level must be very low (equal to or less than 50 ng/dL), which is the typical result of ongoing hormone therapy.
  • Your PSA (a marker for prostate cancer) must have risen on two tests taken at least 1 week apart.
  • You must have tumors that can be seen on a CT scan or bone scan.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
  • You cannot have certain other cancer treatments or take specific medications that interact with the study drug.
