CAR T-cell therapy for relapsed large B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests an experimental CAR T-cell therapy for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to find and attack cancer cells.

Test of CAR T-cell therapy for aggressive B-cell lymphoma

This Phase 1/2 study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment (CAR T cells) made from your own blood cells to treat aggressive large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or didn’t respond. If you qualify, the goal is to see whether this treatment is safe and can shrink lymphoma.

NCT05800977Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Study of a CAR-T cell treatment for lymphoma that returned

This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (CAR-T) called C-CAR039 for adults with certain types of large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or did not respond to treatment. It may help by attaching to lymphoma cells and training your immune system to fight them.

NCT05806580Recruiting· Phase 4
Second relma-cel infusion for returning B-cell lymphoma

This trial looks at giving a second dose of relma-cel (a type of CAR-T therapy) for B-cell lymphoma that came back or did not fully respond after the first treatment. It may help shrink tumors again, but it requires that side effects from the first treatment and pre-chemo are mostly gone and that you meet infection and blood-test safety checks.
