Who can take part
- You are between 2 and 25 years old.
- You have diabetes (type 1, type 2, or another kind) or high blood sugar caused by a medication or another condition.
- You will be in the hospital for at least 36 hours (or at least 12 hours with a plan to stay longer).
- You are willing to wear a small sugar-monitoring sensor on your skin for the whole hospital stay (up to 14 days).
- You do not have a history of severe skin reactions to adhesive patches, and you are not pregnant, on hydroxyurea, or scheduled for an MRI or surgery during sensor use.
