Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of your body.
- You have tried at least two standard treatments (such as chemotherapy with oxaliplatin or irinotecan, targeted therapy like bevacizumab, or others) or you cannot take these treatments.
- If your tumor has high microsatellite instability (MSI-H), you have also tried a checkpoint inhibitor (immunotherapy).
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your cancer can be measured on scans (RECIST 1.1 criteria).
- You are in reasonably good health (ECOG performance status 0-2) and your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within certain limits.
