Chidamide combo for advanced colorectal cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have stage 4 colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has come back and spread.
  • You must not have had any previous chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer.
  • If you had chemotherapy before surgery to prevent cancer from coming back, it must have been more than 12 months ago.
  • You must be able to do most of your daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
