- You are at least 18 years old, and you can be measured by scans (measurable disease).
- Your scans show no more than 5 active body (outside the brain) spots, with limits on liver and lung spots.
- You can receive the study treatment safely based on organ function blood tests (liver, kidney, bone marrow).
- You don’t have untreated brain metastases, and you have no major uncontrolled infection or major recent weight loss.
