  • You must have a diagnosis of probable or definite prion disease.
  • Your prion disease should be in the early stage when you join the study.
  • You need a caregiver who is at least 18 years old and can help you during the trial.
  • You must be willing to travel to the study center and complete all study visits and tests.
  • You cannot have other serious medical conditions or be unable to have an MRI scan.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
