Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (certain types for phase 2).
  • Your cancer must have progressed after no more than 4 prior treatments, or you cannot have standard therapy.
  • You need to be in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG 0-1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You cannot have certain conditions like autoimmune disease, active infections, or recent heart problems.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 60 days after the last dose.
