Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer that has not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists.
- If you have small cell lung cancer, you must have had at least two prior treatments and the cancer has progressed or relapsed.
- If you have prostate cancer, you must have been treated with enzalutamide or abiraterone and the cancer has worsened despite that.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be able to take care of yourself (able to do daily activities without needing to stay in bed).
- Your blood tests must show adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts.
