Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced cancer that has spread and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • You must be able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • Your blood tests show good kidney and liver function, and healthy blood cell counts.
  • You cannot have certain heart conditions or major bleeding risks.
  • If you are a woman able to have children, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
