Who can take part
- Age between 50 and 75.
- Current smoker with at least 20 pack-years of smoking, OR former smoker who quit less than 15 years ago with at least 20 pack-years.
- No chest CT scan within the past year, and no planned chest CT in the next 3 months.
- No history of cancer (other than non-melanoma skin cancer) in the last 5 years.
- Able to sign consent and cooperate with a CT scan.
