Who can take part
- Must be 18 years or older
- Can read at a 6th grade level or higher
- Have moderate to severe anxiety, depression, or both
- No current self-harm or suicidal thoughts
- Not scheduled to leave or be transferred within 3 months
- Able and willing to use a workbook, with permission and materials like paper and pen
